Spring 2021 Grade Submission Dates

Midterm grading (available weeks 4-7)
Midterm grade entry begins at 8 a.m. Friday, February 8 and ends at 8 a.m. Friday, March 5.

First Eight Weeks (F8) (meets January 19 through March 12)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. February 26 and ends at 5 p.m. March 16. Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will NOT be allowed to enter grades online at a later date.  Faculty will need to submit a Form 350.

Second Eight Weeks (S8) (meets March 15 through May 8) and Regular Term (meets January 19 through May 8)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. April 23 and ends at 5 p.m. May 11. Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will NOT be allowed to enter grades online at a later date. Faculty will need to submit a Form 350.

Summer 2021 Grade Submission Dates

First Four Weeks (May 17-June 11)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. May 28 and ends at 5 p.m. June 16. Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will NOT be allowed to enter grades online at a later date. Faculty will need to submit via the Grade change workflow found in their myPurdue portal.

First Half Semester (May 3-June 27)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. June 11 and ends at 5 p.m. June 29. Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will NOT be allowed to enter grades online at a later date. Faculty will need to submit via the Grade change workflow found in their myPurdue portal.

First Eight Weeks (May 17-July 9) and Second Four Weeks (June 14-July 9)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. June 25 and ends at 5 p.m. July 13. Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will NOT be allowed to enter grades online at a later date. Faculty will need to submit via the Grade change workflow found in their myPurdue portal.

Second Eight Weeks (June 14-August 6) and Third Four Weeks (July 12-August 6) and Full Summer Session (May 17-August 6)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. July 23 and ends at 5 p.m. August 10. Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will NOT be allowed to enter grades online at a later date. Faculty will need to submit via the Grade change workflow found in their myPurdue portal.

Second Half Semester (June 28-August 22)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. August 13 and ends at 5 p.m. August 24. Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will NOT be allowed to enter grades online at a later date. Faculty will need to submit via the Grade change workflow found in their myPurdue portal.

Full Term (16 Weeks) and Second Eight-Week Session (meeting between October 20 and December 18)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. December 3 and ends at 5 p.m. December 21. Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will NOT be allowed to enter grades online at a later date. Faculty will need to submit via the Grade change workflow found in their myPurdue portal.
