Fall 2025 Grade Submission Dates

Midterm grading
Midterm grade entry begins Wednesday, September 24 and ends Wednesday, November 12.

First Eight-Week Session (meeting between August 25 and October 21)

Grade entry begins 8 a.m. October 13 and ends at 5 p.m. October 23. Faculty not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will be required to submit via the Grade change workflow found in their myPurdue portal.

Full Term (16 Weeks) and Second Eight-Week Session (meeting between October 22 and December 20)

Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. December 8 and ends at 5 p.m. December 23. Faculty not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will be required to submit via the Grade change workflow found in their myPurdue portal.

Winter 2025 Grade Submission Dates

Full Term (December 22, 2025- January 9, 2026)

Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. January 5 and ends at 5 p.m. January 13, 2026. Faculty not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will be required to submit via the Grade Change Workflow found in their myPurdue portal.

Spring 2026 Grade Submission Dates

Midterm grading 
Midterm grade entry begins Friday, February 6 and ends Friday, April 10.

First Eight Weeks (F8) (meets January 12  through March 7)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. February 27 and ends at 5 p.m. March 10. Faculty not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will be required to submit via the Grade change workflow found in their myPurdue portal.

Second Eight Weeks (S8) (meets March 9 through May 9) and Regular Term (meets January 12 through May 9)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. April 28 and ends at 5 p.m. May 12. Faculty not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will be required to submit via the Grade change workflow found in their myPurdue portal.

Summer 2026 Grade Submission Dates

First Four Weeks (May 18 - June 12)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. June 1 and ends at 5 p.m. June 16. Faculty not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will be required to submit via the Grade change workflow found in their myPurdue portal.

First Eight Weeks (May 18 - July 10) and Second Four Weeks (June 15-July 10)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. July 2 and ends at 5 p.m. July 14. Faculty not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will be required to submit via the Grade change workflow found in their myPurdue portal.

Second Eight Weeks (June 15-August 7) and Third Four Weeks (July 13-August 7) and Full Summer Session (May 18-August 7)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. July 31 and ends at 5 p.m. August 11. Faculty not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will be required to submit via the Grade change workflow found in their myPurdue portal.

--Grading windows are for courses with start/end dates that align with the sessions published. Faculty with courses that have non-standard start/end dates should consult with their Schedule Deputy to determine which reporting window their course will fall into.--
