Parking Request for Proposals (RFP)

Purdue University is launching a public, single-stage procurement process to solicit proposals from qualified and interested teams to serve as the strategic manager and operations partner for the university's parking system. The intent of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify a preferred respondent team that the university may enter into an agreement with for the operations, management and maintenance of West Lafayette and Indianapolis campus parking, which could include potential technology investments.

Through this procurement, Purdue wishes to assess potential benefits that a qualified partner could bring to the university, including:

  • World-class operational and asset management expertise
  • Leveraging private sector expertise for strategic and financial discipline
  • Enabling Purdue to transfer risk while retaining certain controls
  • Capability to finance investments, if desired, by the university
  • Key Performance Indicator-based (KPI) contracting
  • Potential to incorporate transit/mobility into the future strategy

Vendors who are interested in submitting a bid or obtaining further information about the RFP are invited to register for access here.

FAQs are available now, and updates will be added throughout the process to keep the Purdue and local community informed.
