In a few short days, over 8,000 students in West Lafayette and over 500 students in Indianapolis will come to campus participating in Boiler Gold Rush International (BGRi) and Boiler Gold Rush (BGR).  

Here are some key dates that we hope are helpful for your operations:  

• Friday, Aug. 8: An email will be sent to BGRi and BGR registrants pointing them to “Final Details” websites at both locations – West Lafayette and Indianapolis   
• Friday, Aug. 15: BGRi move-in takes place in both West Lafayette and Indianapolis  
• Saturday, Aug. 16 through Monday, Aug. 18: BGRi student and international parent programming takes place in both locations  
• Saturday, Aug. 16 through Tuesday, Aug. 19: BGR move-in takes place in West Lafayette 
• Monday, Aug. 18: BGR move-in takes place in Indianapolis 
• Tuesday, Aug. 19 through Saturday, Aug. 23: BGR programming takes place in both locations
