Promotional Items must be acquired from suppliers that have received approval from Purdue’s Trademark and Licensing department. This is essential to ensure compliance in protecting, managing, and authorizing the use of the university’s intellectual property trademarks, particularly its names, logos, symbols, slogans, and other identifiers associated with Purdue and its brand.

A quote request form is accessible in Ariba Guided Buying for promotional and apparel products. This form automatically generates a list of university-approved licensees from whom you can obtain quotes and make purchases. Reference QRG for more details on the process.

After filling out the form and clicking “Next,” select the licensees from whom you wish to receive quotes.

You can compare the quotes you receive and proceed with your selection directly through Guided Buying.
