- Focuses on the development and implementation of online academic programs at Purdue University, including degrees-at-scale and interdisciplinary Pan-Purdue offerings
- Leads development and oversight of B2B agreements and strategic priorities for Purdue University’s online growth
John Ellis
Assistant Director, Online Capstone Programs
- Leads the development of capstone programs that optimize experiential learning through facilitated industry connections
- Supports student success initiatives and monitoring of program impact
Searsha Gebhart
Assistant Director, Affiliate Partnerships
- Manages third-party partnership strategy, revenue sharing agreements, and relationships with external education platforms and providers
Karly Schube
Assistant Director, Academic Engagement
- Leads non-degree program development by identifying opportunities to build impactful skills, certificates and university-wide educational priorities
- Manages strategic initiatives and analyzes enrollment trends and program performance to optimize organizational growth.
Victory Soe
Director, Global Partnerships
- Expands Purdue’s global presence and educational impact through international academic and institutional partnerships and cross-border initiatives
- Manages grant funding, global accreditation and international recruitment

Senior Director, Corporate Partnerships
- Leads corporate engagement initiatives and strategic partnerships that align Purdue’s online programs with industry workforce needs
- Collaborates with industry leaders to develop preferred provider relationships, corporate-sponsored enrollments and pathways for upskilling and reskilling opportunities
