‘One Hour With HR’ opportunity available for supervisors

The Purdue Memorial Union during the winter season.

Seats are still available for the Feb. 28 “One Hour With HR” in-person learning session for supervisors.

As the university continues to prioritize overall health and wellness via its Healthy Boiler Program and pillars (behavioral healthfinancial wellnessphysical healthsocial wellness and work-life integration), the “One Hour With HR” segments in February cover employee wellness.

The supervisor-specific session will provide coaching on how to guide and support employees through the five pillars of health and help identify resources available to assist with meeting their needs.

The Feb. 28 in-person supervisor session will be from 11 a.m. to noon in Wileth Active Learning Center, Room 2007; register here.

Employee attendance for February sessions has been strong, and supervisors are encouraged to attend to better equip themselves to answer employee questions.

See the “One Hour With HR” webpage for more information.
