We celebrated an exciting construction milestone for Purdue University as the final steel beam was raised for the Academic Success Building in Indianapolis. As part of this topping-out tradition, the beam carries the signatures of students, faculty and staff, creating a lasting connection between the people who are shaping this campus today and those who will learn and grow here in the future.
The Academic Success Building is a true investment in student success and opportunity in our capital city, and I’m grateful to everyone helping bring this vision to life. It was a privilege to speak alongside trusted partner Jay Wasson, PE, MBA, MSCE and dynamic student representative Davyd Postolaki, whose remarks captured the energy and promise of our growing campus community.
This building is actively transforming both Purdue’s presence and the Indianapolis skyline, and I look forward to seeing the tremendous impact it will have on generations of Boilermakers.
