Undergraduate Slate and Resource Team

Listed below are the undergraduate Slate leaders and point people for colleges and departments across campus.

Designed and developed exclusively for Higher Education, Slate is Purdue’s preferred Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) tool. It encompasses the breadth and depth of admissions and is utilized by more than 1,000 colleges and universities around the world.

Undergraduate Slate Access

You must complete the following certifications before you will be granted access to UG Slate.

  • Data Classification and Handling Educational Resources
  • Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
  • Gramm Leach Bliley Act/Financial Services Modernization Act of 1999 (GLBA)
  • Protecting Social Security Numbers at Purdue University

These certifications must be renewed annually. Users with expired certificates will receive several warnings before having their access revoked.

Once you’ve completed all four of the required Webcerts, follow the process listed below that aligns with your position at Purdue University:

  • Paid Faculty/Staff/Students  – connect with your College/Unit’s UG Slate Point Person (listed below) and have them submit the Role Request on your behalf.
  • Unpaid Student Volunteers (who have BoilerKey) – complete the Unpaid Student Volunteer Request Form and supply a screenshot of your completed Webcerts.

Be advised: Role Requests and Unpaid Student Volunteer Request Forms are processed once a week.
