With 248,000 square-feet of state-of-the art laboratories, collaborative makerspaces, welcoming residential halls, and proximity to leading industry partners, the Academic Success Building (ASB) will serve as a vibrant hub where students live, learn, and launch their careers. The first five floors of the building will blend living and learning, followed by ten residential floors above.

Outdoor Terrace
A 3,700-square-foot outdoor terrace will offer views of the city for students to relax and collaborate. In addition, the terrace will be used to host events for students and the public.
