Change of reservation system for outdoor, some indoor event space begins today

As previously announced, all outdoor event space and select indoor conference rooms, atriums and lobbies, previously requested via UniTime, are now being reserved through the Event Management Software (EMS).

Visit https://purdue.emscloudservice.com/ to access the full list of locations and to request space. Any future reservations that were previously made in UniTime have been automatically transferred to the EMS software.

EMS creates convenience for users in allowing all requests to be handled under a single reservation system. EMS can also be accessed on mobile devices via the device’s browser. EMS will display availability and allow users to request spaces that require no additional setup, changes or services.

The following campus entities already use EMS for event management needs: Krach Leadership Center, Purdue Memorial Union, Recreation & Wellness facilities, Stewart Center and the Union Club Hotel. EMS can be used for event room requests and reservations, event resource reservations, event management, billing and reporting.

Students, faculty and staff can access the event and space request portal by visiting https://purdue.emscloudservice.com/. Users will sign into the EMS portal with their Purdue career account and BoilerKey credentials. Officers of registered student organizations now have the ability to secure space on behalf of their organization in the EMS system.

Non-Purdue entities may also make requests using the new system. Guest requests will be reviewed within three business days.

Classroom space will continue to be requested via UniTime at https://roomschedule.mypurdue.purdue.edu/.

For questions or assistance with requesting space, please contact the Purdue Event Services office at 765-494-8911 or events@purdue.edu.
