New system to reserve outdoor, select indoor event space effective Nov. 29
Faculty, staff and students should be aware of an upcoming change to how outdoor and some indoor event space is scheduled. Beginning Nov. 29, all outdoor event spaces and select indoor conference rooms, atriums and lobbies that are currently reserved through the Unitime system will transfer to Purdue’s Event Management Software (EMS) for reservations.
Until Nov. 29, these spaces should continue to be reserved through UniTime, and reservations for the future that are made by the transition date will be carried forward automatically to the new system. Information and event scheduling will be available at https://purdue.emscloudservice.com/ at that time.
Classroom space will continue to be requested via UniTime at https://roomschedule.mypurdue.purdue.edu/.
