Stewardship

Each week, the SAO office receives a list of donations received by Purdue that have been directed to student organizations. The President, and Treasurer of each student organization is given access to these reports in order to send thank you notes to donors. The report includes donor names, proper salutations, and their mailing addresses.

Student Activities and Organizations has materials your organization can utilize for the stewardship process. If you are in need postcards to send a thank you to your donor(s), please stop by Student Activities and Organizations in Krach Leadership Center on the 3rd floor office space 370, to pick up free materials Monday through Friday during the hours of 9:00am-5:00pm.
