Regenstrief Center for Healthcare Engineering Graduate Student Seminar Series

The Regenstrief Center for Healthcare Engineering (RCHE) brings together researchers and practitioners from multiple disciplines to collaboratively improve healthcare delivery and empower individuals to live their highest quality of life. RCHE’s monthly Graduate Student Seminar is designed to showcase the interdisciplinary workings of our affiliated faculty and their graduate students. With this series, we hope to build a community of students and faculty that can share their knowledge, develop presentation skills, and collaborate with department members for additional opportunities all working to improve healthcare.

Each monthly installment will be focused around a healthcare theme. Each presenter will have 15 minutes to present their research followed by a 5-minute Q&A.

  • Must have a major professor who is a member of RCHE
  • Must actively and timely communicate with RCHE staff regarding details of GSS presentation including but not limited to: availability, specific topic of study, title of presentation
  • Must provide presentation to RCHE staff at least 2 days prior to presentation
  • Presentation must be 10 – 15 minutes in length

With this series, students have an opportunity to present their research, gain presentation skills, and meet faculty and students from other departments that will lead to additional interdisciplinary collaborations.

Students who participate also have the opportunity to win a travel grant up to $2000 for a conference or event.
