Facility Planning

Repair & Rehabilitation, New Construction, and Studies

New projects are to be identified in the Fiscal Year Capital Program. When considering a capital project for repair and rehabilitation (R&R), new construction, or a study, please consult with your Academic Facilities Committee representative for guidance. More information on the process and initiating a project is available as follows:



Any capital project not included in the approved Fiscal Year Capital Program needs to have a Segment Contingency Request Form completed with one of three types selected: Unplanned Break/Fix, Overage, or Unplanned Requirement. More details on this form are available as follows:
