Shuzo Ueki is Director and CFO of Acompany Co., Ltd., where he leads finance and corporate management. He was previously an early-stage investor at Spiral Capital, where he spent five years backing startups at the seed and early stages. Prior to that, at Dream Incubator, he advised large corporations across healthcare, energy, and insurance on new business creation and corporate carve-outs, and supported startups in raising capital.

He began his career advising major pharmaceutical companies on sales and marketing strategy, and holds an LL.B. from the University of Tokyo.
