Julie Felgar

Vice President for Government Affairs and Defense, JetZero

Julie is a seasoned aerospace, consulting, and leadership expert bridging business and public policy across government, renewable energy, and aviation industries. She leads the Global Government Affairs team at JetZero as the company brings the Blended Wing Body large dual-use airframe to market.

For 15 years, Julie held several executive positions at Boeing, including Managing Director of Environment Strategy and Integration, where she led the effort to integrate environmental goals into policy and prepared the aviation community to adopt and support those goals. She also managed US federal and global policy advocacy and business development initiatives.

Prior to joining JetZero, Julie ran her own consulting firm specializing in executive coaching, leadership development, and strategy alignment for clients including the McChrystal Group, Pfizer, Morgan Stanley, Vertical Airlift International, and Anheuser Busch. She also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Her formative career years were spent inside the United States Government, focused on trade controls and national security, a foundation that directly informs her approach to export compliance, international policy, and defense engagement at JetZero.
