This December, gather the whole family and celebrate 90 years of the Purdue Christmas Show! For nearly a century, this beloved holiday tradition has captivated audiences with its dazzling performances and heartwarming messages of love, hope, and unity. Watch the stage come alive in the historic Elliott Hall of Music as our incredible student talent perform beautiful secular and sacred music alongside a live orchestra.

To commemorate this historic run, concertgoers can expect festive favorites, sing-a-long carols, a special guest performance with Purdue Bands & Orchestras, and a few more surprises along the way.

All PMO ensembles perform in the Purdue Christmas Show, including the Purdue Varsity Glee Club, Purduettes, University Choir, Purdue Bells, and Heart & Soul. Members of the All-Campus & Community Chorale participate in the combined Vocalis choir, too!

Make this holiday season one to remember as we come together to celebrate the spirit of Christmas!

Christmas Show Frequently Asked Questions

Will PMO be streaming this year's Christmas Show?
Yes! In addition to offering live performances in Elliott Hall of Music, we'll also be streaming a select performance via PMOBroadcasting.com. More details to come soon.
Will my gift to PMO made today be counted toward preferential seating for this year's Christmas Show?
Yes! Gifts made from August 1, 2022 to September 15, 2023 (end of Christmas Show presale) will be utilized to evaluate preferential donor seating.
I’m a PMO donor - why didn’t I receive a reserved parking pass in the mail this year?
PMO is offering something new for donor parking this year. Donors will have priority parking at a surface lot away from Elliott Hall of Music, and a dedicated shuttle will loop from this lot to Elliott at regular intervals. We emailed this information to donors, but are happy to send a paper copy! For more information, please email PMOMDM@purdue.edu.
How long will the show be?
The Purdue Christmas Show lasts approximately 90 minutes with a 15 minute intermission.
Are there elevators in Elliott Hall of Music?
Regrettably, there are no elevators in Elliott Hall of Music. There are handicap accessible doors and you may request "main floor only" online, over the phone, or via mail when purchasing tickets.
What about parking?

See the link to updated map for public parking, noting that the parking garage located at University & Third Streets can become very congested and other parking garages/lots are available.

A limited number of bus parking spots are available. Email PMOMDM@purdue.edu for more information about tour bus parking.

Can I drop off passengers closer to the doors of Elliott?
Yes. Patrons may drop off guests and return to park. We ask that you follow all directions by parking
attendants and Purdue Police.
Will there be a shuttle service?
Of course! A complimentary golf cart service will operate between the parking areas and the Elliott
Hall of Music. We have a limited number of golf carts, so interested patrons are asked to please be patient.
How early can I arrive for the event?
Doors will open no earlier than 45 minutes before each performance. Please be aware there is limited seating in the lobby of Elliott Hall.
What are your policies for this event (refunds, recording, routine bag checks, etc.)?

Refunds will not be issued. Additional ticket requests are welcome but cannot be combined with
your original order. Everyone (even infants) must have a ticket.

Smoking, photography and audio/video recording of any kind are prohibited in the Elliott Hall of Music.

Late arrivals may not be seated immediately.

Upon your arrival at Elliott Hall, security will be conducting a routine bag check before patrons are
permitted to enter the building. Elliott Hall of Music is a clear bag preferred venue.

I purchased tickets online and didn't get a confirmation email, who do I contact?
Please check your spam or junk folders as the ticketing system is working correctly and is sending emails. If you still can't find your confirmation email, you can email the Box Office at HLMCTix@purdue.edu for a confirmation.
When will I be mailed physical tickets that I purchased?
Box Office staff will begin mailing tickets out to purchasers the week of October 16.  All questions about ticketing should be addressed to the Purdue Box Office at hlmctix@purdue.edu or by calling 765-494-3933, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
My question isn't listed, who do I contact?
Please email PMOMDM@purdue.edu to speak with a PMO staff member.  This inbox is monitored by multiple PMO staff members from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.  Your question is very important to us and we will respond within one to two business days.
