The social wellness pillar of the Healthy Boiler Program promotes opportunities that bring people together. Join Lindsay Bloom, health coach at Purdue Fort Wayne, from noon to 1 p.m. ET on April 21 for a Healthy Boiler workshop titled “Social Wellness.” The workshop will show how positive social habits can help individuals build support systems and stay healthier mentally and physically.

“Attendees will learn how to interact with others, express themselves, conduct everyday health habits and be a part of different communities from those around them,” Bloom says.

Those interested should register by April 20 via the Healthy Boiler Portal. The registration link can be found under the “Healthy Boiler Workshops” section on the portal’s homepage. Hover over the workshop’s square and hit “Submit” to register.

Healthy Boiler workshops are free to all benefits-eligible employees and dependents covered on a Purdue health plan.
