Employees are invited to join Lindsay Bloom, health coach at Purdue Fort Wayne, for a virtual yoga class via WebEx from noon to 1 p.m. on July 13. This workshop supports the physical health and behavioral health pillars of the Healthy Boiler Program.

“During the workshop, we will work to de-stress, breathe deeply and increase flexibility, balance and muscle tone,” Bloom says. “Individuals of all yoga levels – from beginner to advanced – are welcome.”

Those interested in attending should register by July 12 via the Healthy Boiler Portal. The registration link can be found under the “Engage” tab, “Wellness Events” on the portal’s homepage. Healthy Boiler workshops are free to all benefits-eligible faculty and staff and dependents covered on a Purdue medical plan.
