Healthy Boiler workshop presented by Care@Work to focus on men’s roles in today’s world

“Removing the ‘Man-Can’t’ Myth” is the topic of an upcoming Healthy Boiler workshop, courtesy of Care@Work by Care.com. The virtual workshop supports the behavioral health and work-life integration pillars of the Healthy Boiler Program and will take place from noon to 1 p.m. ET on Tuesday (April 13).

Josh Levs, former CNN and NPR journalist and an expert on modern fathers in the workplace, is leading the workshop and will share how men can engage on issues of gender equality and diversity, how they can become co-champions for change and strategies to offer work-life balance for both women and men.

Those interested should register by April 12 via the Healthy Boiler Portal. The registration link can be found under the “Engage” tab, “Wellness Events” on the portal’s homepage. Healthy Boiler workshops are free to all benefits-eligible faculty and staff and dependents covered on a Purdue medical plan.
