Materials Management and Distribution Physical Facilities

Building Receiving Locations

Our department provides shipping/receiving services within three campus buildings. Department staff coordinate mail and shipping/receiving from many different service providers, including the U.S. Post Office, Fed Ex, UPS and more.

Material Distribution Services (MDS) currently provides shipping and receiving clerks for:

  • Hovde Hall: Sue Provo, (765) 496-6676
  • Elliott Hall of Music: Sue Provo, (765) 496-6676
  • Young Hall: Sue Provo (765) 494-7168

Our Services

We receive, record and deliver, as directed, all University Stores, Office Max, Physical Facilities custodial supplies and other deliveries that arrive to your building using the most up-to-date scanners and signature-capture hardware available on any college campus.
