Campus Mail

Outgoing campus mail that involves several pieces of mail addressed to the same building should be bundled by the building and secured with string or rubber band. As a general rule, mailings of five pieces or more per building fall under this process. The bundles will be delivered intact to the designated building.

Regional Campus Mail

Materials Management ships daily to the Purdue Fort Wayne and Purdue Northwest regional campuses.

Use regular campus envelopes and deposit them in the “Campus” side of the building mailbox. The campus name should appear in the space marked “Department.” Packages over 11 oz. must be sent through U.S Postal Service or UPS, under the sending department’s account.

Inter-campus Mail

Weekly inter-campus mail transfer is available between Purdue University’s West Lafayette and Indianapolis locations. This process is intended for internal, non-urgent and business communications and materials only. Information about filling out campus mail envelopes and related details are in the Campus Mail section.
