iLab Training for Principal Investigators
The Principal Investigator (PI) role in iLab is one of the principal building blocks of iLab organization. The PI and their lab members can join departments and centers, be assigned account strings, and request access to equipment and services.
The PI (or a delegated representative) is able to approve membership requests to their lab, add or remove lab members, assign funds/accounts, and has multiple options in controlling or approving research spending by those members.
