Prefer to choose your own provider?
You can self-select / change your HealthSync PCP at any time. To change providers (including selection of a provider from the CHL or Campus Health Clinic):
- Login (or Register) to anthem.com.
- Hover over the Care tab and select Update Primary Care Physician.
- Select the member whose PCP you’d like to change.
- Search for and then select a PCP to update.
If you would like assistance in updating your HealthSync provider information, call Anthem Health Guides at 855-502-6365.
Any changes made to your PCP will not update automatically. PCP accounts update at the first of each month.
Note: Employees are not required to use HealthSync providers. HealthSync is designed as the most cost-effective network level (Tier 1); however, employees who use services within the Anthem PPO Network level (Tier 2) will continue to have claims paid at the in-network rates as they have been in the past.
