Active Purdue and PARI employees are now able to access their 2025 W-2s directly through the ADP tile in their SuccessFactors landing page. The access is just a click away if the employee is logged in to SuccessFactors. If an employee has previously registered at ADP, the W-2 can both be accessed through the ADP tile in SuccessFactors or by directly logging in to their ADP account at my.adp.com. With this enhanced access to retrieving W-2s electronically, it’s recommended for employees to select paperless access in the “Settings” section of their ADP account to avoid waiting for a mailed copy of their W-2 in the future.

Former employees can register directly with ADP in order to access their W-2s electronically. For registration instructions, please email w2help@purdue.edu.

Please keep in mind the following:

  • Review the Data Security and Privacy at ADP
  • Only those with a valid Social Security Number can access the W-2 online.
  • Register by December 31 of the current calendar year to opt out of a mailed W-2 copy for the current tax year’s form.
  • You may register at any time at ADP to create an account to view or print the current year’s W-2 and the prior two years’ tax forms.
  • W-2 Tax Forms prior to the current year’s + two years’ prior forms must be requested by completing the Duplicate Tax Request Form. The completed and signed form can be mailed, faxed or emailed to tax@purdue.edu. If emailing the form, list only the LAST 4 digits of your SSN.  
  • Other prior years’ forms (not current tax year) of the 1099-MISC and 1042-S forms must be requested on the Duplicate Tax Form Request.
  • Purdue University’s retention records are for ten (10) years prior + current tax year for W-2 forms.
