Excellence in Faculty Recruitment Training Videos

Training is available for individuals that participate in and support the faculty recruitment process in SuccessFactors.  The Excellence in Faculty Recruitment training program features eight interactive modules that help staff navigate each step of faculty hiring in SuccessFactors Recruitment. The training provides participants with process overviews, SuccessFactors tutorials and key resources for each primary step in the recruitment process.  Participants will learn how to manage a requisition from initiation to offer, through onboarding, and close. 

Champions of Faculty Hiring

Individuals authorized to manage faculty requisitions in SuccessFactors Recruitment must complete assigned training. Notifications with a direct link will be sent via the SuccessFactors Learning Management System.  Users can also access the content from their Learning Plan. Viewing the assigned material is essential for proper recording of completion.
