Hosting or attending an event at Discovery Park? These documents may be helpful to you:
- Child photo release form: Should be signed by parents when children are touring or attending a Discovery Park event
- General photo release form: Should be signed by adults who are not Purdue faculty, staff or students
- Corporate community group survey: Should be completed by a corporate representative after visiting Discovery Park
