Professional Development Grants
Grant applications for employee and dependent grants may only be submitted during the application period of March 1- April 15. If the deadline falls on a weekend, the deadline becomes the following Monday at 5 p.m. Applications submitted outside of this window will not be considered. The application will be available on this page once the period begins.

Employee Grant
To be eligible you must be:
- Full time, regular campus support staff on the West Lafayette campus (Op/Tech staff not eligible)
- Minimum of one year of continuous service prior to application
- Registered for a minimum of three credit hours

Dependent Grant
To be eligible you must be:
- Must be a full-time undergraduate student
- Must have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale
- Parent or legal guardian must have been employed as a full-time, regular campus support staff at the West Lafayette campus for one continuous year prior to dependent's application. Dependents of retirees are also eligible to apply. (Dependents of Op/Tech staff not eligible)
