Emma is an Industrial-Organizational Psychology PhD Student at Purdue. Her research interests includes well-being, workplace gender inequality, meaning of work, and sustainable job performance. In her free time, Emma enjoys tending to her plants, crocheting, and spending time with her cat, Soleil. Emma is thrilled to be working with the Butler Center to create content on topics such as leading with humility, empathy, and women’s health. By translating research into engaging and actionable content, Emma hopes to support those shaping the future of higher education.
