Student Services

Ensuring the success of our students is a key mission at Purdue. That's why the University offers many services and resources to help ensure student success, both in and outside of the classroom. Here are some resources we think will be of value to our students:

Notary service

An appointment is required for notary services.

Notary services are available to students, faculty and staff of the University free of charge. Please be prepared to show a current picture ID when seeking notary services. Just a reminder — a notary is often needed in order to verify a signature. If this is the case for your documentation, then you will need to wait until you are with the notary before you should sign the document(s).

Please understand that the notary may not be able to notarize your document(s) for various reasons; the decision to notarize a document is at the discretion of the notary.

Common documents we do not notarize: I-9 form, birth certificates, or mariage certificats. If you need a certification of enrollment or a certified copy of your diploma or transcript, please visit the Office of the Registrar in Hovde, room 45.

Please call 765-494-1747 to schedule an appointment. We cannot accommodate same-day appointments.
