Thank you, Brian! –  Andrew Robison (Residential Housing Operations)

Patty Turner and John Gentry

Patty Turner and John Gentry (Materials Management Distribution): Patty and John were a huge help to me when I needed to ship materials for a convention at the very last minute. Janeen Redman (Mechanical Engineering) and Joy Kane (Computer Information Technology): Janeen and Joy are my go-to people. Kim Hemersbach and Najib Wardag

Kim Hemersbach and Najib Wardag (both Building Services): I want to thank Kim and Najib for their prompt and courteous reply to a request for service in the Krannert Building that I recently submitted. Kim has promptly met many of my requests, and this time the job took two people! Both Kim and Najib did a great job. Thank you! – Tom Brown (Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr. School of Business)

Tony Hayden

Tony Hayden (IT Customer Relations and Process Management): A huge thank you to Tony Hayden in Purdue IT. Tony spent hours with our support staff to correct an issue with our shared email boxes. Even though we were initially told that each person would have to remember to drag any email they sent or deleted to the shared boxes’ sent and deleted folders, Tony was able to fix all our systems so that any email sent and deleted from the shared boxes automatically went to the shared sent and deleted folders. This has made our business flow so much better! – Jennifer Wetli (Sponsored Program Services)

Brittney Bowers

Brittney Bowers (Auxiliary): People often run from budgets and budget-related questions. I know I do sometimes. Brittney has been a godsend when it comes to finding answers to any and all budget/business-related processes and items. She is a tenacious problem solver and advocate for positive and effective change. She is an all-star and most worthy of a Thumbs Up! – Bryan Austin (University Residences)

Jerry Cote

Jerry Cote (Operations and Maintenance): On behalf of the staff of Archives and Special Collections and Purdue Libraries Facilities, we want to give a big Thumbs Up to and express how much we appreciate Jerry Cote, a roofer from Operations and Maintenance, and all he does trying to help us protect our valuable collections and artifacts! Due to our location on the fourth floor of the Stewart Center, we often experience leaks through our ceiling from the roof. Jerry understands the immediacy of our needs and is always quick to respond. Your dedication and hard work do not go unnoticed! Thank you, Jerry! – Craig Leavell (Archives and Special Collections Operations)

Eric Whitehead

Eric Whitehead (Horticulture and Landscape Architecture): I would like to thank Eric Whitehead for giving me a tour of the HORT Building. He took time out of his busy day to show me some of the workings of the greenhouses and building so I can be better informed with my position in the WRC. Thanks, Eric, for being such a gracious person! – Terri Griffin (Building and Grounds Administration)

Kathy Bryant

Kathy Bryant (Operations and Maintenance): I would like to thank Kathy for being a dedicated trainer to me over the past 10 months. She has listened to the same questions several hundred times and never complains! She is always very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate her. Thanks, Kathy! – Terri Griffin (Building and Grounds Administration)
