Theresa Morgan

Theresa Morgan (IT Customer Relations and Process Management): Theresa has always been professional and helpful, especially so in the recent month with helping the Purdue Language and Cultural Exchange (PLaCE) find new lab space for our large-scale language assessment sessions, given that our current language testing lab will no longer be available after this semester. She went above and beyond in brainstorming options, talking to other groups involved and giving timely updates. She is superb! – Lixia Cheng (College of Liberal Arts Administration)

Elizabeth Martinez and Rhoda Spear

Elizabeth Martinez and Rhoda Spear (both Building Services): Earlier this week, I lost my phone. I realized I lost it as I wrapped up teaching one class and was heading to my next class. I was in a near panic retracing my steps trying to find it and knowing I was going to be late to teach my class. Two wonderful women, Elizabeth and Rhoda, found my phone and quickly turned it into the political science main office, where I was able to retrieve it. Thank you, Elizabeth and Rhoda! – Rosalee Clawson (Political Science)

Mike Humphrey, Blake Marks, Ali Holba (all Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr. School of Business): Mike, Blake and Ali assisted Purdue IT with relocating their help desk to a new building. Their contribution was invaluable in ensuring a smooth transition to the new space. Mike and Blake were both highly professional, knowledgeable and responsive throughout the relocation process. They took the time to understand our specific needs and requirements and provided excellent advice and guidance every step of the way. The help desk was relocated seamlessly, and we were able to resume our operations without any disruption or downtime. He is always very friendly and helpful when it comes to any kind of maintenance issues. He gets things done fast and often double-checks things after completing a job. We would not know what to do without him always fixing things for us; even if it is a lot of work, he makes sure it is done right. We appreciate everything he does for us here at Harrison Hall. – Harrison Hall Staff
