Erik Payne, Michael Condoluci and Charles Blomeke (all IT Customer Relations and Process Management): Erik, Michael and Charles resolved a projection issue in the Physics lecture hall in a timely and efficient manner. We were hosting a Hovde Distinguished Lecture, and on the morning of the lecture, we discovered problems with the projection system. An emergency call was placed, and they showed up in a very timely manner and, through their diligence, corrected the projection issue. We were able to host the lecture without any delays or problems. Carly Watley Brown
Carly Watley Brown (Office of the Registrar): Athletic audits are sent out each February and due back before spring break. The Polytechnic student athlete list was sent to an administrator who is on FMLA. Carly caught the out-of-office message and quickly sent the list to other administrators so advisors would not be late in their audits.
