Occupational health services no longer available at Indiana University Health Arnett

Human Resources reminds faculty and staff that the Occupational Health department at Indiana University Health Arnett, located at 2600 Greenbush St. in Lafayette, is closing Friday (April 27). It is no longer taking any new workers' compensation patients. Any employees seeking medical care for a job-related injury or illness need to seek medical care outside of Indiana University Health Arnett's Occupational Health department. Approved treatment facilities for workers' compensation are listed on the Benefits website.
