Business Process Reengineering website debuts

Through the new Business Process Reengineering website, faculty and staff can learn more about the transformation projects underway that will redesign business processes at the University. Formal approval for the projects was granted at the October meeting of the Board of Trustees, and the official kickoff will take place this month.

Led by a dedicated implementation team, the transformation projects will affect processes and SAP structures related to the General Ledger and University Chart of Accounts, Human Capital Management and Asset Management.
