Emergency Notification

In case of an emergency, the Purdue News Service will provide information on the Purdue home page and alert the community - as warranted - by sirens, text and e-mail.

Subscribe to emergency alerts:

For Purdue faculty, students and staff

Sign up for emergency text messages at http://www.purdue.edu/securepurdue/. Click on the "Change Your Password" icon, log in. Then click on emergency contact information under the account tools list in the right column. Enter your cell phone number. (Please contact your service provider to ensure that your phone can receive such messages.)  To be removed from the text system follow the above procedures and delete your cell phone number.

There is no need to subscribe to e-mail notifications. This has been done for you.
