This module will introduce you to some of the policies and procedures that reinforce these values, including Equal Opportunity and Equal Access, Anti-Harassment, and Title IX Harassment Policies. It will also cover how to file a complaint when you experience or witness a violation of these policies.
This module will introduce you to the basics of the Americans with Disabilities Act. You will explore how to better interact with individuals with disabilities in the context of employment and learn about University resources for employees who may have a disability and need reasonable accommodations.
This module will cover topics such as the difference between exempt and non-exempt employees, Purdue’s overtime policy, and Purdue’s miscellaneous pay practices.
The Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Paid Parental Leave Policy are designed to help employees do this. This module will introduce you to FMLA and Purdue’s Paid Parental Leave policy. You will learn who is eligible, what is covered, and how to request these types of leave.
