Ping Huang, RCHE research scientist, will present on a project designed to support practices considering becoming patient-centered medical homes or accountable care organizations. The project helps providers analyze and assess the healthcare utilization needs of their patient panel so that they may target medical management strategies at areas where the greatest impact may be seen.
