Bart Collins & Melanie Morgan, “Understanding physician support for patient-centered e-health systems” Collins is a clinical associate professor in the Department of Communication. His research relates to using information and communication technologies in telemedicine and other patient/provider healthcare contexts. Morgan is an associate professor in communication; her primary research interest is in cognitive factors underlying communication skill development and message production.
