Description

The focus of this talk will be to provide information of electrochemical systems capable of providing pulse power for a variety of applications, from electric buses to pulse power weapons.  There will be a review of the various primary and rechargeable batteries, as well as a discussion of the evolution of electrochemical capacitors.  Finally, there will be a discussion of hybrid systems between batteries and ultracapacitors.
