Description

The Gordon Conference style meetings, initiated by ASPB with its sister organizations across the Americas, examines the latest advances in bioenergy from genomics and breeding to physiology and ecosystem services. Keynote speakers are from some of the largest bioenergy initiatives across Brazil and USA, and include managers from Federal agencies and industry representatives. One particular emphasis of this year's meeting will be examining progress in ligno-cellulosic biofuels, 5 years on from the DOE publication of "Breaking the Barriers" with both a Federal and industry perspective on progress. In addition to keynotes, papers will be selected for oral presentation from those offered.
