Pathfinder aims to link with local companies and build bridges for improving the retention of talented life scientists in Indiana. The program exposes our talented graduate students and postdocs to scientists that are currently working in life sciences companies in Indiana and can act as models for successful careers at our doorsteps. The plan for the Pathfinder program is to conduct virtual interview sessions with industry scientists and capture their story to identify factors for their success as industry scientists
