Dr. Andrew L. Liu will speak at the Agricultural Economics Department Seminar Series on Thursday, November 5, 2009 from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Krannert Building, Room 661. The seminar will discuss modeling research on climate cap-and-trade systems in the power sector.
