Courageous Conversations: Future of Work and Well-Being Part I

Purdue Policy Research Institute
March 31, 2021
12:00 PM - 1:30 PM
Zoom

Description

The two pandemics - COVID-19 and racial injustices – have exacerbated stress and anxieties related to work and well-being and the balance we are all striving to seek. This discussion session will involve gaining some knowledge and broadening our perspective on the topic as well as consider establishing trust to explore a deeper potential for moving forward. Some questions for the speakers and all attendees to consider: what is most pressing about well-being? How is work and the balance of life and work affecting you and/or others around you? What will the future be like if nothing changes? What do you see as your responsibility in this issue? What is the one thing we cannot fail to do, about this issue, to make things better for us?
