This year the Purdue Life Science Institutes will be partnering with Birck Nanotechnology Center Nano Days to deliver a hands-on-activity. 

The Virus structure Design Challenge- Through this hand on activity visitors will learn about virus structures, how some viruses may cause neurological disorders and how antiviral drug can help treat viral infections.  Visitors will modify the 3D structure of a virus by using a molecular visualization system and create virus structures by using molecular models.
