Todd Walroth, Heather Dossett, and Natalie Washburn from Eskenazi Health will reprise their presentation, Re-Inventing the HAMST-R Wheel: Development of an Objective High-Alert Medication Identification Tool, from the ASHP 2017 Summer meetings.  Their presentation will focus on the development and implementation of an innovative high-alert medication identification tool.
