The purpose of this small meeting was to analyze the current situation and provide new perspectives in primary prevention research for breast cancer.  The short term goal was to promote discussions to identify the urgent and first steps to follow in research in order to make strides in primary prevention of breast cancers. These steps will be discussed in a manuscript in preparation for publication.
