🏓 Pickleball, anyone? The new Pickett-Chaney Pic 🏓 Pickleball, anyone? 

The new Pickett-Chaney Pickleball and Tennis Complex is giving the Purdue community more opportunities to get outside, get active and connect with others. 

The new outdoor facility features 18 pickleball courts, including three championship-sized courts, two tennis courts and a social space to hang out, watch a match or study.

🚌 Headed to West Lafayette for Industrial Roundtab 🚌 Headed to West Lafayette for Industrial Roundtable? Campus Connect is adding more capacity to help you get there! 

On Tuesday, Sept. 15, and Wednesday, Sept. 16, two buses instead of one will operate at select Campus Connect times between Indianapolis and West Lafayette. The regular shuttle schedule will remain the same. 

Whether you’re heading to the career fair or back to Indianapolis afterward, be sure to reserve your ride in advance. 📱

From new academic spaces to improvements to some of Purdue’s most recognizable buildings, several transformative capital projects are moving forward this fall.

🏗️ Work continues on the new facility for the Mitch Daniels School of Business.

As construction progresses, northbound lane and sidewalk restrictions remain in place along Sheetz Street from Wood Street to Mitch Daniels Boulevard.

📅 The project is expected to be complete in April 2027.

🎶 Work is moving forward inside Elliott Hall of Music!

Scaffolding setup is complete as crews prepare to replace the building’s 90-year-old ceiling tiles. Installation of the new ceiling grid is scheduled to begin in September.

📅 The project remains on schedule for completion in January 2027.

🧪 The future Darr-Chaney Hall of Pharmacy and Dauch Hall of Nursing continues to take shape at Mitch Daniels Boulevard and Russell Street.

The new facility will feature labs, collaboration spaces, active-learning classrooms and research facilities.

🚧 Southbound South Russell Street remains closed just south of Mitch Daniels Boulevard, with only the northbound lane open to traffic.

📅 The building is slated to open for the spring 2027 semester.

🏗️ Progress continues on the Academic Success Building in Indianapolis.

Located near North West and West Michigan streets, the new facility will bring together academic and student life with classrooms and laboratories, nearly 500 residential beds and a dining area.

📅 The project is expected to be complete in May 2027.
🏈 Another home football weekend is almost here! If 🏈 Another home football weekend is almost here! If you’ll be on campus Friday or Saturday, make a game plan for parking. 

Parking restrictions begin Friday afternoon and continue Saturday morning around Ross-Ade Stadium and other event parking areas. 

🚗 Friday: Select RV and Discovery Park lots must be vacated by 4 or 5 p.m. 
 🅿️ Saturday: Event parking begins at 8 a.m. in the Northwestern Avenue and University Street parking garages, with vehicles required to leave by 6 a.m. 
 🚧 Some lots near Ross-Ade Stadium will also close at 6 a.m. 
 ✅ Alternate parking will be available for those coming to campus for work or academic purposes. 

Normal parking operations will resume at 12:15 p.m. Saturday.

👀🛴 Just spotted around campus: new parking for you 👀🛴 Just spotted around campus: new parking for your scooters and skateboards! 

University regulations prohibit the use of electric and motor-powered vehicles (EMPVs), including skateboards and motorized scooters, inside university buildings. These new racks give you a convenient place to park and lock them up before heading inside. 🔒 

📍 Find them at Stewart Center, South Hall and WALC. 

As the racks are used and demand grows, additional locations may be added across campus.
🏈 Heading back to Indy after Friday night’s game? 🏈 Heading back to Indy after Friday night’s game? We’ve got your ride! 

An additional Campus Connect shuttle will depart the West Lafayette campus at 11:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 4, following Purdue’s first home football game of the season. 

The shuttle is available for Purdue students, faculty and staff traveling back to Indianapolis.
