Hazing Transparency Report/Student Organization Discipline Status
The Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities, in partnership with Student Activities and Organizations and Fraternity, Sorority and Cooperative Life, provide the information below to disclose the current disciplinary status and disciplinary history of Recognized Student Organizations of Purdue University. Student organizational disciplinary history is provided for the previous two academic years. For additional information regarding the disciplinary status of a student organization, individuals may contact the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities at osrr@purdue.edu .
Organizational Educational Requirements are determined on a case by case basis by the adjudicating authority. Examples of Educational Requirements may include mandated policy review of risk management practices, educational training sessions on alcohol and other drugs, or ongoing meetings with university and/or governing council officers.
In addition, organizations may also be restricted from hosting, sponsoring/co-sponsoring or attending events where alcohol is present and/or served.
Academic standing is determined on a semester by semester basis by the organization’s governing council and is included as applicable.
