• Alumni honors:
- Two Krannert School of Management graduates have received the Elijah Watt Sells Award for 2014 from the American Institute of CPAs. The award is given to those who obtain a cumulative average score above 95.50 across all four sections of the Uniform CPA Examination. They must have passed all four sections on their first attempt and completed testing in 2014. A total of 91,384 people sat for the exam in 2014 with 60 receiving the award. The Krannert graduates who won the award are Michael Joseph Kovacich, who earned a bachelor's degree in accounting in 2012 and is employed by BDO in Houston; and Nathan A. Lyons, who earned a bachelor's degree in accounting in 2014 and is employed by BKD in Indianapolis.
